Reassuring patients about confidentiality

Everyone at Moss Grove Surgery - Kingswinford takes confidentiality very seriously and all staff and visitors to the Practice are asked to sign confidentiality statements when entering the clinical areas within the surgery. If members of staff from the Practice telephone you and you are not available, they may leave a telephone number for you to return their call, but will not state where they are ringing from or why, without your prior permission. Please be understanding as our staff are only trying to protect your confidentiality (this process is supported by Moss Grove Surgery Patient Panel).
