Out of Hours Emergency Service

The Practice has a system to allow patients to contact the duty Doctor out of hours.  Moss Grove Surgery out of hours services are covered by Prime Care in line with Dudley PCT contract.  An answerphone message is attached to all our Emergency / Appointment lines out of surgery hours, which gives a number for Prime Care – 0845 145 1800

If you need a doctor in an emergency whilst the surgery is closed please call prime care out of hours emergency service on:  0845 145 1800

Please avoid attendance at Accident & Emergency - Russells Hall - unless absolutely necessary.  If you are experiencing chest pain - dial 999 immediately for an ambulance.

If you think your condition is life threatening or very serious, please call 999.
