Appointments - If You Can't Keep It - Cancel It

Please telephone to cancel an appointment if you cannot keep it. We do try very hard to keep to time in the surgery, so please don’t be late for your appointment, if you can avoid it.

The Practice, in conjunction with our Patients Panel, have agreed that any patient not attending two appointments without cancelling/giving a reason prior to non-attendance will receive a warning letter. If this happens again the Practice may ask you to leave the list.

We can have up to 100 did not attend appointments (wasted appointments) per month!

Cancellation of Appointment Electronically - Coming Soon!

You can cancel an appointment by using our Electronic Form. This form can be used if your appointment is for the next day or after. Once you have completed this form and submitted it to us, a member of reception will cancel your forthcoming appointment on your behalf.
