We welcome your comments and suggestions on the facilities and services provided by the Practice.

Should you have any useful suggestions or, indeed, any complaints regarding the service we provide, please contact Sonia Clark, Surgery Manager, who will be happy to help you.

We do run an official complaints system. A copy of our complaints procedure booklet and complaints form (see disclaimer) can be viewed here or alternatively a copy obtained from Reception. Completed forms can be returned by hand or posted back to the Surgery marked for the attention of the Practice Manager.
